Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The service “The Production TV AI Creative Studio” is offered under The Production TV brand. The contracting legal entity, its registered address and tax details are not yet confirmed and will be stated here before launch.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account through our identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Credits, plans and payments

Generations consume credits as shown in the studio before you submit. Credits are reserved when a job is submitted and released if the job fails or is cancelled.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Prices and credit amounts are provisional. Refund, rollover and expiration terms will be defined before launch.

4. Your content

You keep the rights you hold in prompts and uploads. You grant us the limited permissions needed to store, process and deliver your content to you. Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated output also depend on the licence of the model used, which is shown in the studio.

5. AI output

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Some controls are prompt guidance only and do not guarantee a specific result. Review output before publishing it.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is during the MVP period. GPU capacity can be limited and jobs may queue or fail.

7. Liability, governing law and changes

Limitations of liability, governing law and dispute resolution will be completed after legal review. We will notify users of material changes to these terms.
